World Environment Day 2023

Sri Sharada Public School Annigeri celebrated “World Environment Day” on 5th of June 2023. A special assembly was conducted by the students of class 8 with an invocation song and inspiring thought Ac/Ad Mrs. Grace Noronha inaugurated the programme by planting a coconut sapling, along with students and teachers. Students sang a song on environment day students from class 6 to 8 delivered a speech on “environment day ” Action song was presented by Class 5 students with the theme “Do not cut the trees” Mrs. Grace Noronha remarked that environment day should be observed not only today but every day, nurturing plants by watering them. Thus, nurture nature for the future! Class 4 to 8 children brought some bird feeders were placed on trees and after plants were planted after the programme.
